About this lookup
For the common modern format, the first two digits are the production week and the next two digits are the year.
What it supports
Full serials with at least 10 characters and a valid week/year in the first four positions.
If your serial does not match
Older units, imported equipment and factory-specific formats may use a different code.
Where to find the serial number
Check the side or rear of the outdoor unit, inside the furnace door, or on the air-handler cabinet. Copy the complete serial number, not the model number.
